Cat Cow is a simple yoga flow that can help lengthen your back, awaken your core, and help relieve low back pain. It is a breath synced movement between the stretch (cat) and the extension (cow). Cat Cow tones and stretches the abdominal muscles and develops flexibility in the spine. Follow along with instructor Gigi Yogini to get started.
