Yoga Handstands Yay!! Enjoy some shoulder opening and strengthening along with abs, of course 🙂 Please us a wall unless you already know how to hold handstands without the wall. Don’t practice handstands or any inversions if you have glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or if you’re monthy cycle is heavy. You can put your legs up against the wall instead. Have fun! 🙂
