Side Plank is a great movement to teach your hips how to lift their own weight. You will also strength the forearms and develop the core strength needed to powerfully lift the body with its own strength. Kino MacGregor demonstrates how to do this pose.

    She makes this look super easy, and for a beginner...side plank is not super easy!
