15 Minute Hip Opening Yoga Sequence

In this quick but effective 15 minute hip opening yoga sequence, you’ll do poses to help release hip tension, low back tension and invite relaxation into your life. It’s a nice video to do before or after a workout or first thing in the morning. We practice gentle twists, starting in seated postures and then moving into supine postures.
