15 Minute Power Yoga for Core Strength with Candace

Join me for this 15 minute yoga practice. It’s a core strengthening sequence that uses a yoga block – but if you don’t have a block, don’t let that stop you from your practice. Just use something comparable. As always, work within a pain-free range, and be sure to take rests when needed. This includes a 5 minute full savasana so your body can absorb all the good things you just did. Hope you enjoy practicing with me!
