This is a 30 minute all levels slow flow yoga using blocks. This is a video appropriate for all levels, but was made with the beginner in mind. This is a slow flow – meaning there is some movement – it’s not a yin or hatha class – and is perfect for a beginner looking to start a more athletic practice. It has lots of hip opening, hamstring opening and stretching as well and is the perfect complement to traditional gym workouts or more athletic yoga practices
