35 Minute Power Vinyasa | Forearm Stand

This is a 35 minute power vinyasa flow with a focus on forearm stand. This is not appropriate for total beginners to yoga, but if you are just starting out in your arm balance practice, this is suitable, provided you have a wall or feel comfortable practicing forearm stand freely. In this yoga practice, you will warm up, stretch the entire body and then begin to work on upper body strength and finally come in a couple forearm stands.
