Often, I start an online class, just to get me moving on my mat, and then proceed to do my own practice. This is because I know if I can just get moving, the yoga will take over and I will naturally *want* to spend a lot more time on my mat doing poses that my body needs.

This was the inspiration for this class. It gets you moving and nicely warmed up so you can continue on and focus on what your body needs in a deeply personal practice, OR just move along with your busy day and still have gotten some sweaty yoga in 🙂
