Vinyasa Flow to Forearm Balance (Pincha Mayurasana). We’ll warm up our shoulders and strengthen our abs to get ready for forearm balance. If you have uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma or if your monthly cycle is heavy today, stay take your legs up the wall instead of practicing forearm balance. Rest whenever you feel you need it and push pause tor a longer rest or to practice poses a few times.
