Vinyasa Flow with headstand. We’ll sneak in some more core work!! If you have any injuries in your neck or back do not practice headstand. If you have uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma or if your monthly cycle is heavy today, don’t practice headstand….instead, you can practice dolphin pose and/or put your legs up the wall (Viparita Karani)
