Intermediate Morning Yoga Class - Short Flow to Wake You Up!

Do you have a hard time getting up in the morning? Does your body feel tight and sore? Think of this yoga class as your coffee replacement! We will get the heart pumping while slowly inviting the hips and the chest to open. This is an intermediate vinyasa flow class and I will not be using any props. We will play with poses like three legged dog, sphinx, low lunge and wild thing.
