A Note from the Teacher:

This is what I like to call an “Ashtanga” medley. Transitions from padmasana (lotus) to adho mukha vrksasana (handstand), mayurasana in padmasana, bhujapidasana, tittibhasana and two versions of mandalasana. Make the breath a priority and the poses will follow. My name is Ella Cojocaru and I am a Los Angeles based yoga teacher.
