Natarajasana with Kino

Do not try this without building a proper foundation in the practice of yoga.

This deep backbend comes at the end of the Third Series of Ashtanga Yoga so it is meant to be a very advanced posture.

Natarajasana demands good balance, open shoulders and a strong back. Be conscious of rotating the shoulder in a healthy manner to enter this posture while maintaining your balance with your pelvic floor.
