Short Gentle Yoga Sequence with Candace

This is a short, gentle yoga sequence that is appropriate for all levels, including total beginners. It’s an excellent, effective sequence for getting in a gentle stretch first thing in the morning, right before bed, before the gym or before a strenuous yoga class. As always, move within a pain-free range and always stay mindful of how you’re feeling and what your body needs. Breathe lots and take it easy.
