Yoga Flow to Grasshopper (Eka Pada Pavritta Galvasana, I think!). This is a fun intermediate class that brings you into the pose usually called Grasshopper. This challenging pose is a hip-opener-arm-balance-twist, so patience young grasshopper!! Please hit pause and work on it as long as you like.
