Hi everyone, this 40 minute class is perfect for dancers or anyone who is serious about gaining flexibility. This is an intermediate to advanced class so some flexibility is already required. I will be making a flexibility for beginners class soon enough for those of you who are just starting out 🙂 We will play with quad stretches, splits, deep hip openers and lots of fun backbends. Have a strap or a block nearby and let’s get started!
