Yoga for Stress and Depression was requested by smets072. I thought of ways to put this class together. One thing that really helps me when I feel depressed or stressed is to practice affirmations. My favorite ones are by Louise Hay. I’ve been using her affirmations for many years. I incorporated a few different ones during this practice and also focused on a lot of chest expanding/heart opening poses to help boost our mood. This class is suitable to most levels.
