In this class, expert yoga teacher Lesley Fightmaster works with you to warm up and tone abdominal muscles and we’ll break down and learn Bakasana (Crow or Crane pose). Another arm balance, Eka Pada Koundinyasana (sometimes called scissors) is also included.
