This is a Yoga exercise to help you relieve tight shoulders and increase shoulder mobility.

Tips: *
Turn the chest away from the wall, but don’t lead with your head or neck. *
Make sure that your front knee does not go past your ankle (protect your knee). *

-Strengthens the upper back muscles;
-Loosens up tight pectoral muscles;
-Increases shoulder mobility;
