20 Minute Full Body Yoga Stretch for Flexibility (no more low back pain!) | Fightmaster Yoga Videos Is an all-levels Vinyasa Flow class. Enjoy this class in the morning or anytime of day. If you do a lot of sitting for work or if you drive a lot, put this class in your regular rotation. Sitting causes the hip flexor muscles to shorten and many people experience the lower back over-arching (moving the pelvis into an anterior tilt) which causes lower back pain.
