Slowing down and holding poses is one way to create strength in our bodies and in our minds. As always, please take care of your body and rest whenever you need it. Our yoga practice is meant to balance us, so it’s always great to check in to be sure every breath and every pose is balanced with equal amounts of steadyness (stira) and comfort (strength).
