Mermaid Flow Sample (15 mins)

This is a portion of the 40 minute flow designed to prep the body for mermaid pose. This pose is an amazing heart, hip, spine and chest opener and gets into the shoulders as well. Most of the main chakras are also involved in this beautiful pose.

Make sure to open the shoulders, hips, back, hip flexors and quads before attempting the full pose.

Cow face pose
Fire log pose
Camel
Wheel
Crescent warrior
Revolved side angle
