Got a desk job? Odds are, your hips are tight yet weak from all of that sitting. This video will help open and strengthen your hips! You will need a block and a strap.

Includes sun salutations c, a, and b—three rounds of each–as our warm up. These begin slowly and increase in speed. Then we move into strengthening exercises and a few hip openers.
