Hello friend, and welcome to another Learn Movement flow! Today’s practice uses mixed movement styles to create a balanced experience, working on strength, flexibility, and mobility through meditative movements. The movement styles used include Yoga Asana, Calisthenics, and Qi Gong inspired flowing twists. This practice also includes a short guided mindfulness session, and is accompanied by soft ocean waves.
