D E T A I L E D D E S C R I P T I O N:
Hi everyone! This class is a FLOW YOGA CLASS that is focused on the entire body. This yoga class is great if you’re short on time but still want to get some solid movement in since it is 30 minutes in length and we hop right to it. This will wake you up better than your morning coffee. We will start the session with a unique warm up and then the peak sequence will have some fun snappy transitions. There are no props required for this session – just you, your yoga mat and your space to move in! So let’s jump to it.
