Yoga with Kassandra: The Inner Exploration



We hope this yin yoga class allows you to reconnect you with your body. During yin yoga, we hold the asanas (poses) for a little longer—2-4 minutes in this video—which can activate different feelings, emotions, and experiences. Please know that everything is welcome here. We invite you to bring whatever makes you most comfortable, but know that you can also do this class completely without props.

Perfect for when you’re short on time but still want to take a moment to unwind and reflect.

For any time of day: great in the morning to wake up, but also wonderful after dinner!

Suitable for all levels.
