An interesting news item popped up in my Google Alerts today. LeBron James is apparently doing yoga.
For those of you who don’t follow basketball, you might notice LeBron James was taken out of a game recently for debilitating leg cramps. Many memes have popped up about this all over the internet, including our personal favourite.
In a new article from NBA.com LeBron James has been coping with these cramps through yoga.
“One thing I did do differently this morning, I took an 8 a.m. yoga class at our resort that we stayed at outside,” James explained after Game 2.
LeBron isn’t the first person who claims yoga helps cramps. I for one notice I’m more prone to cramping if I skip my yoga practice.
