And they couldn’t be more different.
CrossFit incorporates elements from a number of fitness disciplines including HIIT, calisthenics, Olympic Weightlifting, strongman, and more. CrossFit is an awesome fitness regimen, and definitely provides results, but it’s not for everybody. Just like yoga isn’t for everybody. Often when people choose a workout style to follow, they’re not just choosing a workout; they’re choosing a social group.
