I woke up to snow on the ground today, and thought, “wtf…it’s only October.” Then I realized, “Yes!” It’s already October! This means Halloween is coming up in just a couple short weeks. Thanksgiving is just around the corner, followed by Christmas, and 2015.

This also means if we’re going to do any yoga travelling in 2015, we should start figuring it out soon before all the good Early Bird spots are taken.

But with so many great yoga retreats, how do you pick? Don’t worry. I’ve taken the guesswork out of it for you.

Here’s my picks for the top 13 yoga retreats for 2015.

1. Waves Within, Yoga and Surf Retreat – Portugual

Yogaion’s Waves Within Eco retreat is an amazing and intensive Surf and Yoga retreat aimed at people who want the best surfing and the best yoga. Hosted at the stunning Eco Resort of Casa Vale de Lama, this retreat will leave you feeling energized, and ready to take on the world.

2. Valentine’s Tantra Yoga Retreat – South Africa
