Yoga on the Mall in Washington DC
The 10th annual Metro DC Yoga Week is in full swing. Experienced and novice yogis alike are coming together for this week long yoga and wellness event. DC Yoga Week gives new yoga students a chance to try a variety of styles of yoga for free (or little) cost.
There are tons of events all throughout the DC Metro Area at over 50 participating studios. Classes include Bikram, Vinyasa, PiYo, Mindful Meditation, Kundalini, and more. You can view a listing of free and paid events by clicking here.
