Beginner Pilates Workout Yoga Fusion Full Body Legs Core Weight



This class was a request by one of you for a beginner version of my latest workout yoga pilates fusion classes with a focus on legs and strengthening the entire body.
Expect to work on your core and legs as well as your entire body. Some yoga poses, some pilates floor abs and some lunges mixed into the sequence.
