Fightmaster Yoga: Energising Yoga Workout



Welcome to an energising yoga workout. These shorter and faster paced classes are designed to give you a quick and effective full body workout and stretch. You can do this in the morning to start your day with a ‘yogic coffee cup’ or whenever you feel like you need a quick workout or more intense yoga flow.
This class is focusing on working the core and legs, we will do some jumps and a lot of active postures to get the heart rate going.
