Super Soldier Tips:
⭐️From a shortened wide leg forward fold, bend your knees and dig your left shoulder under your left leg
⭐️Use your right arm like a kickstand by coming onto your finger tips and reaching the arm away from you and out to the side. This arm will help redistribute your weight and keep you from falling.
⭐️ Shift your weight to your left leg and push into the finger tips of your right hand. You’ll find lightness in the right leg
⭐️bend your right leg and grab the top of the foot with your left hand. I see the most confusion with this step! It’s the opposite hand that grabs the top of the foot
⭐️ externally rotate or open the thigh bone outward of the bent leg as you point your knee up.
⭐️straighten your standing leg and press your shoulder into the leg to deepen into the pose
⭐️ feel a deep lateral stretch of your right side body
⭐️ release your head so that the crown of your head faces the floor
