Fightmaster Yoga: Your Body is a Temple Power Vinyasa

Namaste my beautiful friends!

Today I meet you from my travels in South Korea. I spent a week there in the beginning of April 2019, and I filmed as many classes as I could fit in. This is one of them, filmed at a beautiful temple just outside of Gwangju.

This is an intermediate level class, but as always beginners are welcome to join with modifications!

At just over 20 minutes, we really pack a lot of work in! Expect plank-based core work, a number of twists, and high lunge and warrior II vinyasas. Also, being a travelling class, I make sure we focus on opening through the shoulders and heart space to combat travel hunch.

Make sure to concentrate on the breath and search for expansion in the body. Never crunch, never crumple. Always search for length and openness.

Thank you for watching, liking, subscribing, and commenting!

Lots of love!
Dylan
