Late Pregnancy 3rd Trimester – One of my followers used the video in her 3rd trimester WITH MODIFICATIONS so she suggested that it can be great for pregnancy for already experienced yogis.
Appropriate for beginners and elderly with appropriate modifications. This is a great supplement for our strong classes and an excellent addition to our beginner classes.
Great as a routine after some of my Interval Training Sessions, HIIT, workouts, running, bodybuilding, weightlifting, martial arts, etc.
Great for increasing joint health, flexibility and mobility, injury prevention.
We will work on hips, shoulders, spine, ankles, knees, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, feet. This class can increase overall flexibility.
Great for late pregnancy with some modifications – cobra, sphinx has to be modified. You can replace with cat cow as one of our Beautiful Yoginis in her 37th week of pregnancy suggested. No twisting during pregnancy either.
