Hey there!
Welcome to this 25 Minute Yin Yoga practice for Self Care & Deep Relaxation. I use minimal cues so you can focus on the breath to relax deeper in the poses. Each pose is held for 3 minutes which is beneficial for releasing into the deeper layers of your muscles and fascia. Here is the order of poses:
1. Childs Pose
2. Melting Heart
3. Butterfly
4. Pigeon
5. Caterpillar
6. Savasana
