Yoga with Kassandra: 5 minute yoga you can do right now actually

5-minute yoga: a quick, full-body boost when you only have minutes.

Published September 28, 2026 at 04:04AM, this short practice from Yoga with Kassandra is designed for days when you only have a few minutes. The sequence is described as a packed five minutes (closer to seven) and moves through warm-up Cat-Cow, Downward-Facing Dog, Plank, dynamic Baby Cobra repetitions and Cobra, Low Lunge and Low Lunge Twist, Three-Legged Dog, then returns to Down Dog, Plank, and Child’s Pose with at least five breaths. The class ends with a brief seated pause. The routine aims to deliver head-to-toe strengthening, stretching, brief meditation, and a quick boost for muscles, heart rate, concentration, and general wellbeing.
