Yoga with Kassandra: 8 min Morning Yoga Stretch Routine in BED (BEGINNERS)



Hi friends! I’m Emica 🙂

This gentle 8-minute morning stretch in bed is the perfect way to wake up your body, calm your mind, and ease into the day—all without leaving your sheets! It’s a mini morning routine that works as both morning exercise and morning stretch.

We’ll use beginner-friendly stretches (with your pillow!) to release stiffness, boost circulation, and bring more energy into your morning. Whether you need to calm down before a busy day or just enjoy a slow, mindful start, this cozy bed yoga flow is for you.

Take it at your own pace, modify as needed, and notice how even a short stretch can shift your whole day.
