Want to build amazing upper body strength for beautiful, strong, toned arms?

You don’t have to have strong arms to get the benefit of push ups. You don’t even have to hit the floor! When you do push-ups on the wall, you don’t have to carry your entire body weight, so it makes it much easier.

Want easy push ups? Go closer to the wall. Want them more challenging? Go further.

Remember to keep your core engaged and your spine extended. Elbows touch your sides! And repeat! And repeat! And repeat……….
