Yoga with Kassandra: Crow Pose Made Easy! 10 Min Yoga Flow



In this class you will learn how to get into crow pose. We do a yoga flow specially made for this.
Starting off with warming up the wrists, shoulders, core and then the hips. Through various wrists stretches, spinal waves, lizad pose, malasana and more. After the crow pose we cool down with some passive asanas as seated forward fold.
This class is suitable for all levels. Keep in mind that when you start out with armbalances it is going to be challenging so don’t get frustrated when you don’t get it right away and enjoy the process of getting towards your new goal.
