In this video I talk about my experience with losing and maintaining weight during the holidays. I have been on a GLP-1 for over a year and I am maintaining my weight.
It is a hard time for those of us who struggle to lose or maintain, with all of the temptations that are present.
1. Remember your why
2. Stay consistent (don’t let one meal or slip start a spiral, move on)
3. Eat healthy at home (don’t keep tempting foods in the house)
4. Exercise or move your body daily if possible
5. Hydrate
6. Gratitude for what you have now!
