In this soft full body stretch, we will:
𦵠Gently stretch the hips, hamstrings and legs to release lower body tightness
š§āļø Open the spine, chest and shoulders to improve posture and breathing
Use slow, mindful movements to create more space in the whole body
End with a calming relaxation and deep breathing so you finish feeling light and relaxed
