In this session, we’ll move through a slow, grounding sequence designed to calm the nervous system, bring you back to your body, and quiet the mental noise. Whether your thoughts are racing or you’re simply seeking stillness, this class offers space to reset and release. We’ll begin with a short meditation, then flow through a series of mindful yin yoga poses to help clear your mind and invite ease.
