Hi sweet friends! Drift into a peaceful, restorative sleep with this gentle Yoga for Sleep practice. We’ll use the soothing 4-7-8 breathing technique and relaxing forward folds to calm your nervous system, release tension, and prepare your body for deep rest. You can do this practice right in bed — all you need is a pillow or blanket and a quiet space to unwind.
Take this time to settle your mind, slow your breath, and reconnect with safety and stillness before sleep.
If you enjoy these bedtime practices, please let me know in the comments what helps you relax most — I love hearing from you and creating videos that help you rest and heal.
Breathe. Move. Learn.
With calm + peace,
Kassandra
