This short, gentle practice is designed to help you reset when you feel overstimulated. Through mindful movement, slow transitions, and calming breath awareness, we support your nervous system in settling and letting go of tension. There’s no goal or outcome — you’re invited to move at your own pace, breathe deeply, and allow your body to come back to safety and presence.
