This 45-minute guided Yoga Nidra invites you to honour the Winter Solstice and the longest night of the year; a sacred pause where darkness and stillness hold profound wisdom. Supported by gentle music, you’ll be guided into deep rest, grounding, and renewal as we honour the quiet turning of the seasons and the gradual return of the light.
As you soften into stillness, allow the darkness to cradle you and the inner light of your own true nature to rise, steady, warm, and luminous. This practice is an invitation to release, replenish, and reconnect to the quiet radiance within.
