YogaVibes Welcomes Namastacey

YogaVibes, a Yoga Journal partner, is thrilled to introduce Yoga Tree’s esteemed teacher, Stacey Rosenberg, to its virtual yoga studio.

An educator first and foremost, Stacey is committed to teaching students about their bodies while providing them with a foundation to live more vibrant lives. A dedicated practitioner since 1995 and teacher since 2000, Stacey continues to fall more deeply in love with all the aspects of the yoga practice. She believes that the asana practice not only promotes fitness and healthy living, but also empowers – equipping students with valuable tools to engage in all aspects of life more skillfully.

“Over the years, many students have said to me that they wish they could take my voice and instruction with them wherever they go,” says Stacey. “Offering my yoga online allows my students to maintain and grow their practices when they travel, can’t make it to class, or move away. YogaVibes allows me to be of greater service and share my passion and unique teaching style with more practitioners. The collection of classes and teachers on YogaVibes makes it a great service for yogis everywhere.”

Stacey’s online yoga classes flow at a moderate pace, abundant with detailed alignment instructions, helping students to increase strength, calm, flexibility, and intelligence in the postures. Options are offered for all students to engage fully at their level, respect personal limits, and challenge boundaries.

For those desiring to try yoga, but find it intimidating, or have tried yoga, but felt it overwhelming, Stacey’s 60-minute Yoga for Beginners video is just the ticket. Filmed live at Yoga Tree, this “Yoga 101” class is designed to help yoga newbies cultivate sense of the practice. Students will receive an overview of the basic postures featured in a typical class and learn how to work the foundational poses safely.
