This 1 hour class blends deep Yin holds with gentle, intentional dynamic movement to explore range and increase flexibility throughout the whole body. Passive stretch postures are held between 1–3 minutes to access deep connective tissues, interspersed with slow, fluid transitions to reset the nervous system, support circulation and improve mobility.
Expect minimal verbal guidance after being lead into the postures—this is a quiet, inward-focused practice. A silent timer will appear on-screen during the final 30 seconds of select longer holds to help guide your breath and focus without interruption. Ideal for practitioners looking for a meditative, embodied experience with space for personal exploration.
