Hi everyone, thank you for joining me in this short but effective Pilates sequence that will specifically target your legs. This is all about toning and engaging our thighs, quads, hamstrings and glutes through classical Pilates movements. No props are required and any experience level can do this class. All of the exercises will be done lying down so all you need is a mat and you’re ready to go!
