Welcome to Day 8 of the 21 Days to Glow Yoga Challenge with Christina at Aura Aurora Yoga! 🧘‍️

Today’s practice is a grounding, yin-style full-body stretch — designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and gently release built-up tension.

This calming session is about 10 minutes long (just under 14 total) and perfect for active recovery, evenings, or anytime you need to reconnect with your center. We’ll hold poses a bit longer, breathe more mindfully, and let the body soften into stillness.

A yoga block is helpful for fish pose, but a pillow or folded blanket works beautifully too.

What You’ll Experience:
